N Davies Training – Mission Statement

N Davies Training’s primary purpose is to ensure that everything we do is centred around safety. That is: the safety of persons, social groups – such as families and communities – and companies/organisations. Our aim is to ensure safety from injury, physical or psychological harm and even – in the most extreme of cases – death. Furthermore, we believe in the importance of remaining safe from criminal and/or civil prosecution.

By ensuring the safety of people, businesses and organisations, we can help to prevent needless pain, suffering and injury. We can also help to reduce the possibility of persons, businesses and organisations being exposed to prosecution or sued in the civil courts. This could, in itself, save a lot of unnecessary expenditure of time and money. By doing this, we can keep companies and organisations in business, employees in their jobs and social groups safe and free from unwanted distress.

We strongly believe in doing the right thing simply because it is important to do so. In this respect, we will always aim to promote both integrity and honesty in our services over and above any other priority. The customer will always be treated with fairness and dignity, and we wholeheartedly promise to be truthful in our dealings with our clients. Indeed, improving the professional capabilities of clients is central to our aims. In this respect, customers can be assured that our training delivery is well-researched, up-to-date and evidence -based. Furthermore, we are willing to give evidence in court support of our clients and in defence of our training should it be required.

N Davies Training believes in always exceeding the expectations of clients by doing that little bit extra. We oppose minimum standards, instead believing that facilitating the maximum potential in individuals is a far better approach. We aim to encourage the highest level of professionalism in those we train.

We absolutely do not believe in failure. Instead, we gather feedback and we will aim to constantly strive to learn and develop from this. By adopting the mind-set that there is a positive experience to learn from all eventualities, we set ourselves the goal of consistent improvement of standards with a view to providing even better levels of service. The benefit to our clients is that, by always moving forward, we can still provide the best in terms of high standards and value for money.

At the core of our delivery is the furtherance of knowledge – the type of knowledge our clients require in order to optimise the professionalism of their organisations. We will do this by providing knowledge that can form the basis of a core framework that will allow them to deal with difficult and challenging circumstances competently, confidently and robustly.
